Angus Foundation “Magic” Continues in California
May 23, 2006

You’re invited to this special event

Jim and Sue Coleman of Vintage Angus Ranch, Modesto, Calif., will host a charity dinner, “The Magic of the Vine,” at their home at 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 7, in an effort to raise $100,000 for the Angus Foundation’s education, youth and research activities. A sumptuous dinner experience, rare and exclusive auction items and, most importantly, warm California hospitality will be enjoyed by all.

Funds raised will benefit Angus breeders and the beef industry through investments in cutting-edge research such as bovine genome mapping, educational experiences for cattle producers such as Cattlemen’s Boot Camp, and high-impact leadership training experiences and scholarships for Angus youth.

In coordination with the Angus Foundation, event co-chairs Julie McMahon French and Wynn Dalton Herbers and other volunteers are working hard to offer you another magical, memorable Angus fundraising event.

Contact the Angus Foundation at (816) 383-5100 to request your personal invitation; the favor of a reply will be appreciated. Attendees can help the event committee and the Angus Foundation achieve the $100,000 goal with a suggested donation of $100 per person.

Come to California to experience “The Magic of the Vine.” The Colemans invite you to join them in continuing the magic of the important work of your Angus Foundation.
