Welcome to the Angus e-List

NCBA Young Cattlemen’s Conference (YCC)

The Angus Foundation is pleased to support Education, Youth and Research and will sponsor one Angus breeder to participate in the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) Young Cattlemen’s Conference (YCC). YCC is an industry-wide program that develops leaders for the beef industry. The tour and conference begins in Denver and proceeds across the country to Washington D.C. The program helps young leaders understand all areas of the beef business, ranging from industry structure to issues management and from production research to marketing. The program is limited to a small number of producers each year and all participants must be nominated by one of NCBA’s affiliate organizations. If you, or someone you know would be interested in participating in the program, the instructions and application can be downloaded from the Angus Foundation Web site.

Applications should be returned to the American Angus Association, 3201 Frederick Ave., St. Joseph, MO 65406 and postmarked no later than Jan. 3, 2005.
