Welcome to the Angus e-List

Angus Outreach Seminars Planned

The American Angus Association has planned 12 Angus Outreach Seminars located across the United States. All producers are encouraged to attend these events.

American Angus Association staff Bill Bowman, director of performance programs, and Matt Perrier, director of commercial programs, will outline two new tools offered by the Association for seedstock producers and their bull-buying customers-the Total Beef Value ($B) index, a value-based tool designed to assist commercial producers in their genetic selection, and the AngusSource program, an identification and marketing program for Angus and Angus-cross commercial steers and replacement females. They will also lead an interactive discussion about current Association programs, plus future programs in the areas of genetic programs and customer service options.
