Angus Productions Inc. Launches International Angus Web Site

Angus Productions Inc. (API) introduces www.Angusinternational.info, a new Web site meant to serve as a platform for global information sharing within the Angus family worldwide.

"Interest in marketing Angus genetics abroad is increasing, and global partnerships and investments are occurring more frequently," says Angie Stump Denton, director of Web marketing at API. "We felt a need to expand the Angus message globally and to provide information to our members. We hope the site will be a benefit to Angus producers around the world, especially as we gather input from associations and producers in other countries."

Currently, the site contains:

  • links to Angus associations and societies around the world;
  • links to marketing and veterinary entities of service in international trade;
  • articles published in the Angus Journal about herds and associations from countries other than the United States;
  • a calendar of events having international appeal;
  • news releases from around the globe;
  • links to Angus ranches interested in marketing on an international level;
  • a page of internships available to provide international experience in the beef industry.

We invite Angus associations and societies from other countries to contribute to this site by sharing information about their Angus herds and events. We'll be glad to post articles published in your Angus publications or news releases from your association. Let us know about your shows and events that would attract an international audience.

Advertising is available to producers interested in marketing internationally. Options include banner advertisements on specific pages of the site and listings on the Angus Ranches page.

To submit information or to purchase a banner ad or ranch listing, e-mail Denton at webmarketing@angusjournal.com
