Angus Foundation Silent Auction Featured
at National Junior Angus Show

One of the activities taking place during the National Junior Angus Show, which is set for July 8-13 in Milwaukee, Wis., is the Angus Foundation Silent Auction. Thanks to the generous donations from state junior and adult Angus associations and many individuals, bidders will have a wide variety of items to choose from. Many items are one-of-a-kind or unique to the donating state. This will be a great opportunity for Angus collectors.

A few of the items already consigned to the silent auction include:

Aberdeen-Angus, The Story of Our Breed book, 1919-1969
"Rural America," Angus Centennial Postage Stamp Set
Nylon Angus Flag, 3’x 5’
John Deere Radio Controlled 8310 Tractor, 1/16 Scale
Oster Two-Speed Turbo A5 Heavy Duty Animal Clippers
Oster ShearMaster Single-Speed Shearing Machine w/ Shearing Head, Comb & Cutter
Montana Angus Tour Package for Two
Semen Packages on "TBA Total Package 104"

Various Clothing Items
Much, Much More!

The silent auction will take place in the Wisconsin Products Pavilion at the fairgrounds. Bidding opens at Noon, Wednesday, July 10, and closes at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 13.

If you will not be able to attend the National Junior Angus Show and would like to leave a bid for an item, please contact Susan Rhode at 816-383-5151 or any other Association staff member or regional manager.

All proceeds from the auction go to the Angus Foundation, which supports youth, education and research.
